Playground Equipment For Key Stage 2
As Key Stage 2 learners progress and become more and more mature, they need to have access to an outdoor learning environment that still pushes them to achieve more.
At this stage in their development, children have identified certain strengths and weaknesses that they have and our innovative playground designs can help children develop their strengths further and help rectify their weaknesses. For instance, our Multi-Use-games-Area (MUGA) will give children the platform to practice a sport that they are naturally gifted at and a Wildlife Area can be used to introduce children to concepts such as PH levels which will help prepare them for topics in secondary school.
I just wanted to thank all of you at Pentagon, for all the hard work that has been put in by everyone. The outdoor area looks fantastic and is a huge improvement. The two guys that installed it were very courteous and friendly and have done a fantastic job.
Thank you to you all once again.

The children just LOVE it now, we are finding it hard for them to want to come inside!’ ‘The bespoke castle is such a hit with all the children, even the youngest children can find a way up onto the top platforms...we keep them off the more challenging bits as they can grow into using these once they get older.
The whole space has just encouraged the staff to be creative and think about how they can plan a lesson around using X outside…we have spent a lot of time setting up a ‘welcome to your new area’ for children who are starting with us and new to the area, this really helps us with our baseline assessments

We are delighted with our new playground and really excited about the children being able to use it

Working with Pentagon has been a positive experience. The consultant working with our school was very clear in explaining the product and service they provide. Any issues or queries were dealt with in a timely manner and the consultant gave good advice and suggestions during the consultation and planning phase.
Assistant Head Teacher, Lyon Park Primary School
Pupils from Reception to Year 6 love the trim trail. It is so popular during playtimes but is also a lovely activity to include as part of their term LG Learning Outside the Classroom week and their Forest School Days. The children are developing balance, co-ordination, problem solving, risk analysis, turn taking and enjoying being outside on fabulous equipment. They love it and we look forward to being add further equipment in the future.
