Before starting my career at Pentagon, I went to the University of Winchester to develop my passion in Education studying a BEd (Hons) in Primary Education specialising in Early Years and Outdoor Learning. I am a huge advocate for mental and physical wellbeing, and the joy of being at Pentagon is being able to bring the two worlds together. My role allows me to be creative and work collaboratively with different settings to design spaces which better reflect the teaching and learning vision for the space.
As part of my role at Pentagon, I feel incredibly fortunate to be able to work with a variety of schools and settings across the South West which hold a very special place in my heart. My childhood was spent in a small village on the outskirts of Bristol with lots of happy memories of the great outdoors and I hope to translate this passion when working with schools. Whether it’s putting on my wellies for a countryside walk or eating ice-cream by the coast; the South West is one of my favourite places to explore and I have been very fortunate to visit different parts from an early age which has imprinted my love for being outside.
Outside of work, I would say that I have a real eclectic mix of interests which probably best reflects my personality! My passion for interior design, fashion, fitness and wellbeing are some of the many things I love to do alongside being a huge advocate for travelling and exploring new countries whenever I can! If I am not exploring, you will often find me in my kitchen as I am a huge foodie and love cooking for my loved ones.
