How Does It Work?

  • Step 1 - Consultation

    Kick off your customer journey by getting in touch with our Inspections and Maintenance team to discuss the perfect package to meet your school’s inspection needs! Our Playground Inspection team will provide you with a quote based on your requirements and will always offer support and information at any point in time.

  • Step 2 - Inspection

    Your Inspections and Maintenance contact will work with you to schedule your Annual & Operational inspections, liaising to find a date that works with the expiry of your current inspections. If you are having an Operational inspection, our superb team will add value by doing maintenance to your Pentagon products.

  • Step 3 - Reporting

    Following your inspection, we will provide you with a detailed report that provides information of any findings and potential resolutions. If the report brings up any action points, Pentagon Play will be able to quote to repair any of our own equipment or replace any third-party equipment.

  • Step 4 - Relax

    Once all your equipment has passed the inspection or any problems have been addressed, you can sit back and relax with the knowledge that your playground has passed an inspection from an RoSPA accredited business!
