Inclusive Wheelchair Swing

Our wonderful Wheelchair Swing is designed specifically for wheelchair users to experience the amazing sensation of swinging and fully benefit from using their very own swing, while still in their wheelchair. To ensure the swing is completely accessible, the design includes a ramp which lowers down to ensure that wheelchairs can easily access and exit the fantastic kinetic play resource. Once they have manoeuvred themselves onto the swing, the ramp can then be raised and secured with the latches. With an anti-slip base on the bottom of the swing, the user is always safe. Using the suspended rope and pulley, children can move the swing themselves or have someone else push them as they enjoy the swinging motion! While moving the swing by themselves, children can develop and improve their upper body strength and manual dexterity.
