Our Super Fitness Trail Playground Marking is the perfect way to introduce young children to the topic of fitness and a healthy lifestyle in a fun and exciting way.
The trail features 10 activities for children to follow along with. As the instructions are so clear with both pictures and writing on the ground, children will happily follow the trail to the end without needing adult input.
The 10 fun activities will further develop children’s balance, coordination, gross motor skills and lower body strength.
The trail can even be used during P.E. lessons as a way to introduce friendly competition as children race to the end of the trail.
During playtime, the trail will naturally become a focal point for imaginative play as children participate in pretend play. The ‘Step in the rings’ activity could become a river with crocodiles waiting if they miss a rock.
